Step 1: Estimate from Sum-it Roofing Inc.

Get a free Quoting: Upon contracting us, an appointment will be made to visit your home and inspect your roof. We will take all the necessary measurements and pictures . The  estimator will identify the problems and recommend a suitable solution which may not be complete roof  replacement. In most case we can provide you the customer with a written no obligation free of cost .We will then follow-up to answer any questions

Make your decision: When you are ready, we will schedule an appointment to go over the details ,sing the roofing contract and schedule an installation date after which materials will be order. (Weather permitting of course.)

Step 2: The Project

Material Delivery and Site Prep: The materials are delivered to the job site but in some cases the materials is brought to the site when the crew arrives to beguine work .  The materials will be delivered on the ground closet to your house or in an area convient to the homeowner. We may require the driveway to be available for work trucks and materials . We usually start the roof replacement process a day or two after delivery weather permitting .
Removal of old Roof Material: Before tearing of the old roof materials, tarps will be placed over all Flowers etc as protection to your landscaping and neighboring property. We will tear-off the roof and haul off the debris in a light weight dump truck as we avoid the use of dumpsters!

Step 3: Completion of Installation

Roofing materials Installation: During this phase of the project we will be installing the new roofing materials such as the (Ice Shield membrane) ,New attic Vents, Flashings ,Tar paper  etc. You are welcome to walk around and ask Questions as you enjoy your new roof. Upon  completion we will blow off loose debris from the roof, Eavestrough and seal all areas as required. We will magnet sweet the entire property with special care to your driveway. Upon completion  the final payment is due and an Invoice is provided
