I was recommended by a friend from work to contact Sum-it Roofing Inc. At the time I had already seen 5 contractors regarding my roof. John from Sum-it was the last person to consult with us. It was finally decided to go with Sum-it Roofing Inc. because of several factors: Although they were ranked 3rd from 6 for the overall cost, we were impressed how fast they came to see us. John was told that we needed to see him asap and he came the following evening to show us his work. The work looked very professional. John took the time to explain his work ethics and also how everything works. In the end when the job was done, everything looked great and clean! These guys are the real deal!

Comments:I was satisfied with the job. The guy came out and did the estimate, he was professional in his approach. I got a fairly reasonable price with a 10 yr warranty on labour, this or course is left to be seen. A few days later they came and had the roof done in about 4 hours.

Comments:They finished 99% of the job within 24 hours of signing contract. Appears to have been well done. The evestroughs were done at the same time, and there were some issues. Contractor returned and is correcting the problem.
